Shahir Erfan

Shahir Erfan has been the Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance at LaGuardia since 2013. He is responsible for operations of Human Resources, Business and Finance, IT, Grants, and Facilities Planning and Management of the campus. He has also served as the Executive Director of Facilities Management and Planning at LaGuardia and as the Director of Campus Planning at City College of New York. He has completed numerous academic institutions construction projects including C Building facade replacement, construction of Admissions Bursar offices and NY Designs Incubator. During his 10-year tenure at the City College of New York, Shahir managed many historical restoration projects including Shepard Hall, Harris Hall and Compton Goethals Hall. He also worked on the NYS structural Biology Research Center at CCNY campus, construction of a new athletic field, renovation of the engineering building and construction of science research and academic labs.
