About
Cynthia Vazquez, BS, RDN, CDM, CFPP is a passionate educator and registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in culinary nutrition and food service management. She brings 15 years of experience in the food service industry and now serves as a lecturer at LaGuardia, where she teaches culinary management courses, helping students develop the skills needed for success in the food and nutrition field. She earned a bachelor of science in Culinary Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, an associate of science in Dietetic Technician from LaGuardia. She completed her Dietetic Internship at CUNY Graduate School of Public Health & Health Policy. A Certified Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP), she brings expertise in food service operations and nutrition care. In addition to teaching, she enjoys working with students as the Nutrition & Culinary Management Club mentor, supporting their professional growth and industry connections.
